Caplift Partners was founded to bring genuine sector expertise and senior attention to M&A advisory in the Media & Entertainment Technology, Production, Services and SaaS markets.

We work with a small number of mandates at any one time. That is a deliberate choice. Every client receives principal-level attention throughout the entire process — not a team of analysts with a senior partner who appears at closing.

We are advisors who have operated, invested, built and sold businesses in our sectors. We understand what buyers value, how deals are structured and what founders genuinely need to navigate a transaction successfully.

Caplift Partners is led by two senior principals with complementary expertise across M&A advisory, capital markets and international business transformation — spanning Europe, North America, Latin America and Asia.

 

Our principals have operated, led and advised businesses at the highest level. We have sat on both sides of the table: as operators who have run and transformed international businesses, and as advisors who have built revenue engines, structured multi-million dollar partnerships and guided founders through the most consequential transactions of their careers. That dual perspective is what we bring to every mandate.
